Application

  • Used for conditioning compressors, PTC auxiliary heaters and the vehicle
  • Internal connection of the charging socket to the charger aggregate.
  • Used today by different OEMs for the connection of HV aggregates.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Annealed Plain Flexible Copper Conductor                     (Asymmetrical, Structure C).
  • Insulation : Silicone Rubber (Thick wall)
  • Insulation Colour : Orange (or) as per customer request

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to 180°C (3000 Hours)
  • Voltage Rating : 600V AC / 1000V DC
  • Test Voltage : Insulation                                                                                                                      i) 6 kV for cables < 0.5 mm2                                                                                                  ii) 8 kV for cables ≥ 0.5 mm2
  • FHL : Automotive Cable (High Voltage)
