Application

  • Low-tension electric wire for Automobiles.
  • Used in Motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Soft-annealed electrolytic Copper E-Cu ETP1 according to DIN 13602, bare or tinned. Conductor construction according to DIN 72551, Part 6, type B and ISO 6722.
  • Insulation : Plasticized PVC with properties according to DIN 72551 and ISO 6722, Class B, Lead free.
  • Outer Sheath : Plasticized PVC with properties according to ISO 6722, Class B
  • Colour : As per customer order

  • Temperature Range : – 40°C to +105°C (3000 Hours)
  • Standard : LV112-1
  • Test Voltage: 3kV (r.m.s.) for cables < 0.5 mm2
    5kV (r.m.s.) for cables ≥ 0.5 mm2
  • FL : Automotive cable, low voltage
  • R : Reduced insulation wall thickness
  • Y : PVC
  • H : Highly flexible
