Application

  • Low-tension electric wire for Automobiles.
  • Used in Motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Soft-annealed electrolytic Copper E-Cu ETP1 according to DIN 12602, bare conductor
  • Insulation : PVC, according to ISO 6722,Class B
  • Screen: ATC braiding
  • Sheath: PVC, Lead free Class B
  • Colour : As per customer order.
  • Single core

  • Temperature Range : – 40°C to +105°C (3000 Hours)
  • Test Voltage: 3kV (r.m.s.) for cables < 0.5 mm2
    5kV (r.m.s.) for cables ≥ 0.5 mm2
  • FL : Automotive cable
  • R : Reduced wall thickness
  • Y : PVC
  • D : Copper wire spiral Shield
  • Standard : ISO 6722, Class B
